I got my hair cut for my interviews tomorrow.  I also bought a new shirt and some jewelry to liven up the outfit (necklace and earrings). I’m feeling a lot better about tomorrow. Especially since I talked to one of my coworkers who had worked at Olive Garden before and told me kinda what to expect.  Seems like my kind of place (no side jobs, woot!)

I’m feeling a lot better about tomorrow. Especially since I talked to one of my coworkers who had worked at Olive Garden before and told me kinda what to expect.  Seems like my kind of place (no side jobs, woot!)

So… Update since it’s been over a week since I’ve last posted anything about life. Lauren got offered her dream job in Evansville last Friday.  Since then le fiance and I have decided (or I’ve decided for us) that we’ll try to find jobs and an apartment there since we weren’t getting any call backs from anywhere in Bloomington. In the last 3 days I’ve secured 3 interviews that all will be taking place on Wednesday, my one day off this week.   I’ve had two call backs for interviews from places I applied to in Bloomington who I had to turn down. I also scheduled appointments to tour apartments in our price range.  One was ruled out today because there was apparently a meth lab explosion in one of the apartments.  But I’ve also had to decide not to go to one showing because I was running out of time slots to schedule interviews. So I have a 10 AM showing at our number 1 choice apartment, an 11 AM interview with Applebee’s, a break for lunch, a showing at 1 PM, an interview at 3PM at Olive Garden, and a 4 PM interview at Red Robin. Now, I’ve come to realize that I’ve only given myself an hour for the Olive Garden interview and I’ve come to the decision that I’m going to try to get in  for it as early as I can. In other words,  I’m a hot mess right now…
